In order to strengthen its commitment to ethical and transparent management, EPA has implemented a Compliance Program, which involves fostering a culture of integrity and adherence to corporate regulations.
The program was developed to train all employees on complying with current regulations and managing operational risks in various areas such as regulatory, fiscal, labor, and environmental matters, among others.
In addition to clarifying aspects of Law No. 12.846/2013, known as the Anti-Corruption Law, which serves as the primary reference for the minimum requirements accepted by federal legislation for participation in public tenders, the Codes of Ethics and Conduct were created to proactively guide the actions EPA employees should take in critical situations.
For questions or to report an incident, please contact us via email at compliance@epa.aero or visit https://epa.cavok.in/ocorrencia/. In all channels, identities are preserved, and the information is kept confidential and restricted to the Ethics Committee until the facts are verified.
